これまでピースジャムはニーズ調査を行う中で、
子育てをするママの雇用問題を目の当たりにしてきました。
働きたくても雇用の場がない。働きたいけど子どもとの時間も大切にしたい。
子どもを預けられる場所がなく働けない。
このような理由で働けないママを新たに雇用するべく、2011年10月より雇用支援事業を開始しました。
「産みやすく育てやすい職場」をコンセプトに、子育てをしながら働ける環境づくりに取り組んでいます。
現在はジャムと縫製の２部門で商品製造、販売事業を行なっています。
Peace jam has been conducting needs survey so far, I have witnessed the employment problem of mothers who raise children. I do not have a place to hire even if I want to work. I want to work but I also want to value time with my child. I can not work because there is no place to leave my child. For this reason, in October 2011 we began employment support project to hire new mothers who can not work. Based on the concept of "a workplace that is easy to produce and grow well", we are working on creating an environment where we can work while raising children. Currently, we manufacture and sell products with 2 divisions of jam and sewing.
【Peace Jam】（ピースジャム）部門では無添加の手作りジャムの製造・販売を行っています。
味は『トマト、オニオン、キャロット』のベジタブル３種類。
そして『ブルーベリー、マーマレード、アップルシナモン』のフルーツ３種類。
野菜や果物の甘みがギュッと詰まったゴロゴロ食感♬
ヨーグルトやパンにのせたシンプルなレシピでも、お料理に加えても、美味しい無添加ジャムです。
今後もラインナップを増やしていく予定です。

日本人の赤ちゃん向けに改良した「ベビーモスリン®」を製造販売しております。
国産で唯一イギリス伝統の立体格子織りを再現し、裁断からパッケージまで全て手作業。
きっかけは２０１１年にロンドンで発足した「ベビーモスリンプロジェクト」に遡ります。
ロンドン在住日本人乳幼児ママ達により、
速乾性や吸水性に優れたイギリスの伝統的な万能子育て布「モスリンスクエア」を、
東北の母子に送る温かな支援によって誕生した商品です。
In the sewing department, we are promoting child-rearing universal fabric "Muslin square" which is popular in Europe
We manufacture and sell "Baby Muslin®" improved for Japanese babies.
It is domestically produced and reproduces the traditional British traditional three-dimensional grid weave, all hands from cutting to packaging.
The trace dates back to the "Baby Muslin Project" launched in London in 2011.
